Our Business

Ellipcis Informatics Limited is a technology consulting firm specialising in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions. We work remotely with clients globally to deliver our services, which include employee engagement, business solutions, transformation and migration, automation and AI, knowledge management, reporting and visualisation, governance and protection, custom development, document management, and support.

Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that they comply with our standards and policies. This includes:

• Assessing the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains.
• Requiring suppliers to complete a self-assessment questionnaire on their labor practices and policies, unless they have a modern slavery statement in place.
• Conducting audits and site visits to high-risk suppliers where necessary.

Training and Awareness

We provide training to our employees to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and can identify and report any concerns. This training includes:

• Regular training sessions on our Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Awareness campaigns to highlight the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Monitoring and Reporting

We regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We also monitor our supply chains and report on our progress in our annual sustainability report.
